Positive: The room is very quiet, clean and cozy. The staff Is so friendly, that they even gave me a ride to my bus appointment, and let me keep the back pack in their office for almost a full day. Checkout Is relaxed and allows for a quiet slow morning. Plus, they allowed me to check in early, as I had a strong jetlag from the Airport. There is also a very pretty coffee shop downstairs but it wasn't working yet. They said It will open soon. Overall a very positive experience.
Negative: If the coffee shop was working for breakfast, this would be so perfect!

Positive: The beds were clean and very comfortable (silk sheets?). The place came with lots of local, complementary snacks and 2 water bottles. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with complimentary shampoo and body wash. The owner met me at the front and checked me in promptly. I liked the wireless system to enter the properly, and the physical key to open my door. Checking out was very quick and easy and could be done without staff present.
Negative: The view was just the parking lot, but I didn't mind as I was only sleeping there one night. It was a 25m walk from the nearest metro station on streets without a sidewalk, so just be aware if going on foot.
Summary: Better than I expected, really kind host, wonderful room and amenities.
