Summary: On arrival there was a rubbish bag along with 3 empty lager cans and an empty spirits bottle in the front garden, which looked unkempt. The fence around the property was also in a poor condition, resulting in a poor first impression.The instructions provided to enter the property were fine making gaining access straightforward.We could not find the welcome pack, or a T-Towel, nor oven gloves.Small touches like place mats and coasters were also absent.In the instructions it told us not to alter the heating controls so spent two days with no heating at all.We had looked forward to the trip but ended up leaving two days early.
