Summary: Great home for a fun family vacation. Easy access to hiking, fishing, golfing and shopping. This spacious home had everything we needed for cooking and evening entertainment. Morning coffee on the patio was serene with great Mountain Views. I’d highly recommend!

Summary: My husband ended up very sick the day before we were suppose to arrive. They were very understanding and accommodating! I am very grateful for their kindness and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Summary: It is a nice property, but there were few things that didn't work. The hot tube didn't warm enough, even after programming it to a higher temperature. The one of the shower valves didn't work and we had to fix it to use the shower. The bathtub didn't have enough water pressure, so we were unable to fill it in. ALL the items I asked if the property had for cocking were there, however I was told they weren't, and I had to bring them from home hundreds of miles. Nonetheless, all these items looked old and unclean. The oven definitely required cleaning. There were lots of used stuff inside cabinets and drawers.

Summary: This home is a stunning adobe style home with spectacular views, including my favorite view in the world, that of Taos Mountain. Relaxing in the hot tub, viewing the stars makes it even better. There were seven of us on our recent stay and the house comfortably suited all our needs.

Summary: The house itself was wonderful, it had a wonderful mountain view with a nice warm hot tub. The property sits in a nice country club so it was nice and quiet. However, the amenities that we had counted on were lacking, we wanted to wash clothes after camping and the dryer just stopped working, the start button just broke apart. The Wi-Fi was not working and with little cell service it was hard to contact family. The worst issue we had however was a ridiculously large amount of ants inside the property that we had to kill, we reached out to customer support and notified the property manager to which I heard no response about the Wi-Fi, bugs. I understand that seeing bugs in a house out here can be common but this felt excessive. The issues we had would have not been a problem except that we never heard back from the property manager to fix these issues. Otherwise the actual house, view and location are fantastic, just seems the house has fallen into a state of disrepair. If something more serious had went wrong I would have liked to have known that I could have contacted the property manager and gotten a response.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this home located in a gated community and although looks far from town, it is actually only a 10 minute drive away! The home is near a golf course and with the large windows in the living and dining rooms, we had the best views of the Taos Mountains. Love the traditional adobe look on outside and vigas and Kiva fireplaces on the inside. The master bathroom was brightened by a large round skydome that was absolutely beautiful. Sunrises, Sunsets and Moonrises were spectacular! Our family of 8 slept and fit comfortably. The hot tub and back courtyard area was a fun hangout area, we would be happy to stay here again the next time we visit Taos.

Summary: We wanted to love this place. Great location with amazing views! But we had problems from the start. The front door handle was broken and didn’t work properly. So we had problems getting in. When we finally did get it, we had to contend with the only way to shut the door was to lock it with the key and that didn’t work well. There was no WiFi. Which we reset many times only to call them to have us do the same. Over the entire stay it never got resolved and I was more frustrated with all the time spent with them on the phone over things that didn’t get resolved. The hot tub was atrocious! Green and black mold all inside. It was gross, and that was one of the reasons we selected this house. Then one of the sinks in one of the bathrooms didn’t work. At all. Again, we spent a lot of time going back and forth with them only to never get these things resolved. The house was clean otherwise with ample dishes for our large party.

Summary: The home has a very nice layout in that bedrooms don't share walls and are off the main area. The loft provides lots of flexible sleeping space. The great room and kitchen are spacious and pleasant. The sauna is lovely. The views, typical for Taos, are stunning. It feels like the home was carefully designed and was once cared for, but is no longer (and was never used in the summer). The sheets and towels are polyester (ick!) It doesn't have air conditioning, which shouldn't be a problem in Taos because the nights are so cool, but there are no ceiling fans and most windows lack coverings. This makes it difficult to regulate the temperature of the house as the intense sun heats up any cool air you might have brought in during the night. The outdoor area lacks trees or covered areas (except a small overhang by the master bedroom where a sparrow's nest and a protective mama kept us away). If you are coming in the summer, choose any other house in Taos and you will probably stay cooler. The kitchen lacks basic necessities like cutting boards and most of the cabinets are horrifyingly cluttered. I couldn't find any cleaning supplies. While surface clean, the whole house could use a deep cleaning. The place was overgrown with weeds when we arrived. On our second day there, we returned from a day trip to find somebody weed whipping. The internet stopped working after she left. I found that curious and discovered it was because she cut the fiberoptic cable while weed whipping. I notified Vacasa right away and over the next 7 days we were there, they didn't fix it. That is, I think, reflective of the level of care devoted to this property.
