Radiant in-floor heat and electric fireplace insert and all the insulation of new construction keep the home cozy in the winter and the classic southwestern saltillo tile and abundant windows and fans keep the home comfortable in the warmest summer months. Amenities include a fully appointed kitchen and outdoor grille for all of your cooking plans, a one-car garage to park out of the elements, front and rear covered patios to enjoy the outside in any season, and WiFi and Smart TV to complete your relaxation or productivity needs.
