Summary: Fabulous gigantic 3 BR house, additional 1 BR Casita, with office building overlooking the ocean, and landscaped gardens, chef worthy kitchen, beautiful view of the Pacific and ChanneI Islands in the distance as seen all day long from the pool/hot tub. 8 of us stayed one week, our 3 adult children and their partners, and everyone was extremely happy with this property.

Summary: Overall, great place. Not fully air-conditioned (only master suite & casita). Thought we only had 3 pool towels until our 2nd day there and realized we were left with a full load of pool towels in the washer. Ants in the kitchen & casita which I'm sure is prevalent everywhere in the neighborhood based on the climate & geography. These were minor things & we learn from them. Beautiful place & I would stay again if I was visiting Santa Barbara.

Summary: Incredible stay in Santa Barbara. The view is great and exactly what you would expect of a SoCal elevated neighborhood. The house itself is fantastic, the main suite leading out to the pool area, the living area with all the doors open, and the casita for some privacy was simply perfect for our family. Everyone had what they needed for togetherness, while also having a retreat. Close to the beach, quick drive to downtown and the pier. A lovely property.
