Summary: This home was great and location was extremely convenient. The listing shows an additional trailer in the back that has an extra bed. However, upon arriving to the property this was off limits and required an additional cost. This was not conveyed to me in a clear matter. Luckily we didn't require it so our stay was unaffected.

Summary: Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying at David's adorable craftsman home. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of room for our group of 6. The location was perfect - situated on a quiet street that was perfect for relaxing at the house in the evening, while still being just a super quick walk to everything in the area around State Street. David was incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Summary: Fair warning: parking is a little tight, so maybe don't bring a huge truck if it can be avoided. Our SUV fit just fine, but anything bigger might be tough. The location was great. Layout of the house itself is a little weird, but still a great place! The communication with the property owner was A+ as well. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Santa Barbara.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close to everything. We walked everywhere. The layout of the house was a bit awkward for 3 adults due to there only being one shower. An eating area in the kitchen would have been nice, but there was no room for one. The sleeping porch mattress was uncomfortable - too soft. Otherwise, everything worked well and the house was clean.
