Positive: The staff (and manager specifically) went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even going out of his way to help us get transportation to our next destination. It was clean, comfortable and had lots of great outdoor seating, especially the top floor balcony, which you can see the ocean from.

Positive: I loved the ambience of the hotel and the staffs were really welcoming and helpful especially the front desk rep, Alex. He was always looking for ways to assist with any inconvenience.

Negative: Well, I stayed in the rooms with fan and it was unfortunately very hot and humid. Also, due to the hot weather we needed to have a swim but the hotel doesn’t have a pool and we had to go to another hotel to use one. Another thing they should really look into is having a restaurant at the hotel as we couldn’t eat well and the breakfast wasn’t filling either. Alex helped to show us a restaurant close by but the food wasn’t great. There are also limited activities to do at the hotel.

Summary: It was a short but nice stay and a good break from the hustle & bustle of the city life.
