Positive: Spacious rooms in a nice, large house that offers a shared kitchen that allows you to prepare anything. If you don't feel in the mood, the staff will help you get food from around and do the delivery. They are incredibly helpful and friendly, and will support you for anything. Finally, if you look for a retreat next to the beach and in a peaceful area, this is your spot.

Negative: Not much to comment. The mattresses could be a bit more comfortable and the house is supposed to have drinks available but apparently we came at a wrong timing.

Summary: Excellent value for money for a peaceful retreat at the beach !

Positive: Gildas, the property manager, was so kind and accommodating. He graciously guided me all the way to the property in the dead of the night, and was extremely helpful during my stay there. The breakfast is also very very good. Definitely a very good place to stop and rest in Grand Popo. Very authentic, very rural African setting

Positive: Perfect stay. Very large room with air conditioning, the best breakfast during my trip in Africa. Beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture, nice to spend the evening. Great staff, thank you very much for a wonderful stay, company, services. Clean beach which is very close. I would like to come back again.

Positive: If you come from Lome and travel into Benin or if you are looking for a beach hide out, this is the best place. Nice, comfortable, clean, directly on the beach, and with supreme staff. Breakfast is delicious and even if there is no shop or restaurant, they will get everything fixed for you. I rarely give a 10, but this one is worth it.

Negative: The property is very isolated with no amenities nearby. There is no air conditioning, no hot water and only one choice of food vendor…all in all you are paying European prices for a very basic experience.

Positive: I loved the warm welcome, the ambience was great, the room was clean... I loved how they paid attention to what we needed and delivered, the breakfast was hearty ❤️❤️❤️ the beach, everything was just to my expectation. I even made videos
