Summary: Staff was very friendly, however, I was greatly disappointed to see the water slides they offer closed and had clearly been closed for years as there is a tree growing between them. Room was fine, but the building outdated.

Summary: When I arrived in the lobby, I was the only guest there. The front desk attendant was working on the computer and didn’t acknowledge me for about three minutes, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you” or “Just a moment.” While I understand she may have been handling something important, a brief acknowledgment would have gone a long way. When she did finally look up, she asked, “How can I help you?” I explained I was there to check in and provided my name and email. I also mentioned that I had completed the online pre check-in, but I was told upon arrival that the property was switching systems and hadn’t received my information. I found this extremely annoying, The property itself could use some attention. I took the stairs instead of the elevator and noticed the carpeting was ripped and dirty. The parking lot also appeared neglected and could benefit from resurfacing or at least a fresh layer of tar. Additionally, I was charged $33.96 for incidentals, which has not yet been refunded. On a positive note, the room itself was fine and met my expectations.

Summary: Pool area is abysmal. Bathroom tiny, needed new shower curtain, bathroom wasn't very clean. Maytress comfortable. Good breakfast.

Summary: Back door light still burned out has been since I stayed in November of 2024 lots of trash laying around outside. But Clean inside. Water park slides and kiddie area has been down for years.

Summary: Booked this hotel as it was listed as a water park with slides and splash area but got there and it was just a run down pool and hit tub. Was told slides and splash area have been closed for at least two years by local guests who use pool for daily pool aerobics.

Summary: I paid to stay at a waterpark but the slides couldnt be used. No ice, no elevatirs, everythinh was broke. Snow was not cleared had to walk rgrew a pile to get in doors.
