Summary: We had the perfect summer lake weekend staying at Jim's cottages. Both were extremely clean and spacious. Jim was an such an accommodating host and made sure we were set up for the weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. It was two families with a total of 10 people (5 teens). The amount of space between the two cottages was perfect and allowed the teens their own hang out space and sleeping space. The property was great. Well maintained and the lake access with great. We parked our boat and also utilized the kayaks and water mats, which were great. It was a quiet area of the lake but also nice to be away but close enough to the tubing lakes. The backyard allowed us to play baseball, have a fire pit and enjoy the outside. Though the grass was a bit soggy due to rain. The owners were super friendly and responsive to our needs. It could be have been more clear in posting that towels were not included, but we had enough beach towels to make due. Overall a great weekend. Thanks.
