Summary: This wasour second time at this hotel, and we are very pleased with the service/comfort of the room and all the amenities, including a steam room, pool Jacuzzi and a cute little Nespresso machine. It’s an absolute gem!

Summary: Property needs attention and better employees. They are rude and the rooms need help. Tv never works properly. Bed light stayed on, shower head broke, water everywhere. Jacuzzi water is yellow still not fixed. Internet froze very often. That’s an easy fix but nobody cares. I asked to speak to Manager at one point or another during my 4 day stay. She never approached me.

Summary: I found the bed and pillows hard, and the polyester sheets hot and sweaty. My shower sprayed in all directions including beyond the shower stall. The pool looked lovely but was the temp. of a bath, not what I wanted in 35 degree heat. I didnt try any spa services because I was disappointed with the pool. When I asked about the area the front desk clerk told me to use google maps. I walked for hours in the heat. Not a great impression of Guadalajara for my first visit.
