Summary: My husband and I stayed at this condo in December, 2014. I had not been to Mexico for over 30 years and never to Puerto Vallarta. We were so impressed and happy with our choice of Grand Venetian and the luxurious and spacious two bedroom, two bath condo in Tower 1000. The Grand Venetian staff are very helpful and always smiling.....as are most of the local people who live and work in Puerto Vallarta. The owner of the condo was never more than a few minutes away any time we emailed her to ask a question. The Grand Venetian property is very well maintained. The condo we chose had everything we needed. The overall value of using vrbo and being a guest in this condo was excellent. We are hooked.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here from October 30th to November 20th. It was absolutely fantastic and everything exactly as you see on the site, but better. You cannot believe the massive deck that you have with this condo and close enough to watch the Dolphins frolicking in the ocean shore. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Tons of storage and closet space. The kitchen had everything you needed. The resort itself is just beautiful and the little restaurant on site is great. I highly recommend this condo and resort as it is top notch. Mary Ann the owner was absolutely fantastic to work with and very helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting her while there and she is a wonderful lady, full of helpful information. Will definately be back!!

Summary: My wife and I have stayed at this lovely condo three times now...anywhere from one to two months at a time. We have already booked for next January/February and are looking forward to another relaxing two months in the warm Mexican sun and enjoying this spacious and comfortable condo. The views from the condo are fantastic....being on a lower floor you can see everything going on.....the gardens, the pools, the beach, the bay and the lovely panorama of the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta just across the water. Getting to downtown is just a 10 minute taxi ride or 15 minute bus ride....Grand Venetian is located in the hotel zone....mid way between the airport and downtown. The hotel zone is the most convenient location....walking distance to groceries, banks, cinemas and even casinos. Grand Venetian is a beautiful, high end property and this condo is very nicely appointed, beautifully decorated......we love the huge terrace. Many of our friends who come to Puerto Vallarta every winter, as we do, love to come and visit us. The terrace is very large and great for entertaining. We open up the entire wall of windows that looks out onto the incredible views; we enjoy the breezes that flow throughout the condo when we have the windows open, and we love to listen to the sound of the waves. In the day time, we typically split our day between relaxing on the terrace or inside the condo......to sitting out by the pool, talking to other owners and guests, many of whom have become friends.....playing cribbage or enjoying the comfortable heated pools. We have become good friends with the owner. She does a good job making sure that we have a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: I was a group of 3 adults that stayed at Grand Venetian and this beautiful, spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 3rd floor of Tower 1000. Being a more mature group, we all needed our privacy and space and this condo was just perfect for that. The bedrooms are far enough away from the living room such that we could sleep late or nap and not be disturbed. We loved the huge terrace and we ate most of our meals there, enjoying the view overlooking the gardens, pools, beach and the bay.....The condo is very well maintained and we loved being on the lower floor. We did not wait for elevators and we were able to watch the activity down at the ground level......so nice to see people enjoying themselves. We lack for nothing....the owner was easy to work with.....always accommodating. A great choice for friends and families.

Summary: My husband and our four children stayed in this beautiful and spacious condo for two weeks this past spring. It was just perfect for us. Two spacious bedrooms, each with private shower and walk in closet. The open kitchen had all the amenities one could ask for. Gas burner stove and oven, microwave, side by side fridge with ice maker.. We were so comfortable there. We used the hot tub out on the terrace a lot since we had two toddlers. The terrace was twice the size of other two bedroom condos and the kids had plenty of secure space to play and cool off in the hot tub.....when I needed to be inside preparing meals. From the kitchen, I could keep an eye on the kids... There was enough seating for all of us either inside or outside.....and we enjoyed both areas very much. Grand Venetian is a beautiful property. The views from our condo were amazing.....we would have paid a huge premium to get that kind of view at a hotel or timeshare resort. The owner of the condo is easy to work with....we got our security deposit back promptly on the morning of our check out. She was also very helpful with suggestions and helping us with excursions, transportation. I would recommend Grand Venetian and especially this condo to others. It was great value.

Summary: It's not often you get more than you hope for when ordering on line and I must say I was a little skeptical but.. this vacation rental property was everything we had hoped for and more! Our communication with Mary Ann was second to none, she was always "johnny on the spot" when replying to any our inquiries and that was what sold us on this property. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the size and layout of the condo, much larger than we thought and the bedrooms separate from the living area made for a very comfortable and quiet retreat. The kitchen, living room and deck, wow! what a deck, could have had a party on it and from talking to other residents it appears to be the envy of many. We loved waking up each morning and having our coffee and breakfast on the deck watching the activities on the beach below. Then relaxing in the evening doing a BBQ or just sipping on a beverage. We found the location to be extremely favorable as we could walk over to Starbucks and the Peninsula mall for a short and quick outing or all the way to the Malecon for a more lengthy excursion. We actually did some tours, one being the dolphin adventure with Vallarta Adventures which took us to Nuevo Vallarta and it was one of most memorable times of my life! Either way we were within reach of everything, and from our location taxis were very reasonable to anyplace. Though we did hit 35 celcius on several afternoons the condo was always cool and comfortable without the use of air conditioning. All in all this was by far a most enjoyable and memorable vacation and we would certainly recommend this to any of our friends. In fact, while there we did have company from family and friends and they also fell in love with it. We spent five glorious weeks there and began to think of it as our home, certainly hope we can return to it some day. Thank you Mary Ann it was wonderful!

Summary: You can not get better value for a vacation than going to PV. A very cost effective city and if you stay at this private condo, your value becomes even greater. What a perfect location. The condo overlooks the infinity pools, the beach and the beautiful bay. Unbelievable sunsets nightly! you are right in the Hotel Zone which is just a 15 minute taxi ride from the two important entertaining and dining areas. Downtown to the South and the Marina to the North. Stock you're full size kitchen with groceries from a great supermarket just 15 minute walk to the North. 5 minutes further up the road is Wal Mart and Sam's Club. Next to them is the Galleria shopping mall with movie theaters, a food court and a Casino. Walk to the South 15 minutes and you'll find a larger version of the same supermarket that has everything from clothing to appliances. There are other shops in this complex along with another movie theater. You just can't beat the convenient location the Grand Venetian has. This facility is modern, secure and sits on a beautiful beach. Take a walk everyday right from your door. This is a gated property with 24 hour security on the street side as well as on the beach. You have your own private beach area where the vendors won't bother you, but if you want to get some good deals, they are close at hand. Great swimming pools and hot tubs compliment your beautiful condo. The owner has furnished very nicely and all you need to bring is a swimming suit, shorts, tops, and a toothbrush. She has a washer and dryer in the unit so you can toss in a load whenever. I brought too many clothes because I took advantage of these appliances. I'll know better for next time. She has all the entertainment equipment you will need. She was easy to get a hold of initially and throughout the reservation process. She answered all questions and was there too meet you upon arrival. I can't say enough about the owner and more importantly this wonderful unit. I fell in love with PV. Went snorkeling and zip lining. So much to do. I recommend PV. I truly recommend this 1 bedroom unit in the Grand Venetian.

Summary: Stayed at Mary Ann's place again...and again it was fantastic. As before the condo was immaculate and had everythin one needs for a vacation. The weather cooperated and the pool was wonderful. Can't wait until I have a chance to get back.
