Sala, comedor, cocina con cubierta de granito, estufa, horno de convección y microondas, lavavajilla, filtro de agua de ósmosis inversa 6 etapas, refrigerador, despensa, cuarto de servicio, lavadora, secadora, lavadero, vertedero. Cuenta con un balcón al frente y dos atrás. Estacionamiento cubierto, disponible a su solicitud.
El proyecto arquitectónico es estético y funcional. Los espacios son amplios, bien iluminados y bien ventilados. Por sus amplias ventanas y excelente orientación, se aprovecha la iluminación y la ventilación natural. Cuenta con un balcón al frente y dos atrás. Los acabados son de alta calidad como la ventanería en PVC alemán con doble cristal para aislamiento térmico y acústico, carpintería natural en parota.

Todos ellos de buen nivel cultural, gustos refinados y alternativos. Summary: We loved our stay! A wonderful apartment located in a great area of Guadalajara. Modern design, well-furnished, tastefully decorated, and walking distance to the historic district as well as lots of yummy restaurants. Our hosts were most welcoming right down to Raquel's amazing homemade cookies and the lovely conversation with Manuel amidst sips of tequila on the rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The location of this apartment is perfect. You care steps away from great places to eat, tourist attractions, etc. Manuel, the property manager, was the best! Very responsive with questions or last minute requests. For example, a friend of mine, who lives in the area, brought his car to join us for the weekend. We asked Manuel if there was any available parking in the building and he made it happen. What a guy! The apartment was exactly what you see in the photo gallery. Very modern, with modern amenities. Beautiful views of the city from the balconies was well as the terrace at the top of the building. The building is very secure. Manuel met us downstairs on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and the building. He and his wife live in the building and are available for questions whenever needed (definitely download WhatsApp if you don't have it). Homemade cookies, made by Manuels wife, awaited us in the apartment. At night, we definitely got around using Uber. The apartment is like two or three blocks from the US Embassy. My trip was definitely too short! Will be requesting to stay here again in the future.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manuel and Raquel's apartment. Manuel met us and gave us thorough instructions regarding security, an orientation of the apartment, etc. The apartment is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed cooking some meals. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe and is close to the Centro Historico. A great place to stay in Guadalajara!

Summary: My wife and I absolutely loved this apartment in Guadalajara. It's in the perfect location. Safe, walkable neighborhood near a lot of amazing restaurants and shopping. The place is very modern and very clean. Manuel was an excellent host and provided an overview of the city, with Tequilla!, from the top floor terrace when we arrived. There is an amazing 360 degree view from the terrace. The apartment has a great layout with all the modern conveniences. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Summary: What can I say, my first time writing a review. From start to finish Manuel is a great communicator with All my question Answered before i booked. He spent time chatting about the building and the city, even walked me to a restaurant he recommended. This place is more luxurious In person then what the pictures show or even a 5 star hotel in the states in my opinion. If you see your dates available don’t hesitate to book!
