Positive: Positive Experience: I stayed here for two days and I must highlight the exceptional hospitality. Albert, the host, was incredibly professional, friendly, and did everything in his power to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was excellent, very clean, and well-equipped with everything one might need.
Negative: The Major Issue (Photos Attached): Unfortunately, the building's entrance is a total disaster and completely contradicts the quality of the room and the service. As seen in the attached photos, the entrance is extremely dirty, filled with trash, and has a nauseating smell of sewage. I understand the entrance might be shared with other buildings, but this is unacceptable and doesn't fit the level of service provided inside. ​Recommendation: Management must find an urgent solution to this issue. It is such a shame that a great room and a wonderful host like Albert are overshadowed by such a neglected and filthy entrance. I hope this is fixed soon.

Positive: Well stocked mini apartment; it's clean, with mosquito net, TV, Air Conditioning, fan and a small kitchen with micro-wave and full of cooking utensils. A very good value for money, not very common in the town of Mombasa.
Negative: Aesthetically speaking the neighbourhood is not the best, although quiet, but the centre and the old town can be easily and quickly reached.

Positive: As others indicated, the building isn't much to look at from outside, but inside is wonderful! There is ac, but electricity is also limited by a meter at the door. It was a little bit hot at night because you can't leave the ac on all night or you'll use up electricity. Regardless, bed was comfy, shower hot and nice, and location is great. Amazing BBQ across the street and a very safe neighborhood. Also excellent breakfast place around the corner run by a very sweet woman. Albert, who met us and checked us in, is an absolute doll. He's extremely sweet and helpful and for him alone we'd stay here again, but the room itself was solid, too

Positive: The kitchen had all brand new appliance. The shower is more than decent. Tv had Netflix. Communication has been direct and clear. Generallt speakint, the apt is ok.
Negative: The building is a bit decadent and the entrance can be hidden by water trucks.
