Positive: That, they had best size pillow they are very good. Becausr i like low height pillow and they have it.

Negative: Everthing is average expect money they charge 40 euro for one night with ac. And guus you dont need ac in mombassa

Negative: - Rooms need updating. - Smelly pillows - One shower towel for three people - Toilet flush malfunctions - The receptionist refused my payment via Mpesa or card , telling me they only accepted cash. He then invited me to withdraw money at the nearby Mpesa and return to pay. I wasn't convinced. In fact, I returned the next morning to pay, and another receptionist told me I could instead choose to pay via Mpesa/card or cash.

Summary: I won't be returning.

Positive: Very good location in town Best hotel you can find in town with a low price and a good location. A phone in the room to call for different service the hotel can provide. Security 24/7 Whenever you come back ( even at night) the security open the door for you without any delay

Negative: The staff don't smile in every situation They don't provide the Wi-Fi password until you ask for it. No hot water to shower No air conditioner but Fan ( a least)

Positive: The hotel location: being close to most of the famous touristic sites, big open market, and the city center, it was convenient to move around. The room was spacious and the ceiling fan was a welcome cooling device! Housekeeping was top-notch. Also, being Christmas season, I loved the Christmas lighting in the lobby and outside the hotel. In addition, the Swahili doors that are used in the rooms add some flavor to the Swahili experience:)

Negative: The staff at restaurant and reception were not too friendly...very difficult to inquire about stuff from them:( Would help if, particularly the reception staff, can share information about touristic sites, without expecting payback.

Summary: Nice hotel. Highly recommended.
