Negative: There was a slight misunderstanding between two hosts on the last day. One said we could check out at 11:30, other said we can stay for a bit longer. When I tried to coordinate this, looked like they had not agreed and one said not to mention other host. We were even fine to check out at 9 AM if needed. But communication gap created a confusion and we felt a bit lost. Otherwise both were nice and helpful from the beginning.
Summary: Nice overall.

Positive: I liked the reception, he was very kind and helped the settle in to be very easy and smooth. I also liked the comfortable bed. There was a good atmosphere inside the room.It is convenient to access transport from and the place is very close to town. The stay was peaceful and the room utilities were in good condition.It was also very secure.
Negative: Although the room furnishings and facilities were in good condition and properly working, the building itself is quite old. I guess since it is a sectional property, there is probably little that the owner of the BnB can do about that. In any case, I recommend the place.

Positive: Very comfortable flat in Mombasa city. Pretty quiet (except the mosque muezzins). It has a balcony. It's pretty hot inside but there is a fan and an Aircon option. The shower has good pressure. The kitchen is well furnished. Walking distance from everywhere

Positive: I arrived in Mombasa 2am and when i got to the appartement Albert was picking me up from the tuk tuk outside, i was really happy with this!! Thank you again. The room has everything you need, its clean and i like the shower has a good pressure.

Positive: They have good customer service, available anytime when you contact them for any requirements always making sure you are safe ,the security is good, no noise and the price is good 👍 and the best thing I love about the place is they are there whenever you need them.
