Summary: I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year, but this was my last time. I love the big rooms that gives a luxurious feel, but over the past 2-3 years the state of the place has gone down significantly. The cleaning is a joke, with layers of dust all over the place. No schampoo, no coffee. The casting from mobile that is boasted all over the tv has never worked in any of the 10+ rooms I’ve tried it in, and sometimes the normal, three chanel tv doesn’t work either. The staff is nice enough, but thet seem to lack a will to service.
