Positive: Location superb! Breakfast good with nice service.

Negative: As a three star hotel it was OK. If classified higher it missed some small details as slippers in the room ( the carpet can be dirty in winter time), missed a safe and the small things in the bathroom. After a early meal out and returning to the hotel with my family (from Malmo) for a drink in the bar we found the hotel totally closed down i.e the main bar, the little bar beside the reception. We could have a coffee from the machine only. I grew up in Malmo where Kramer and Savoy were the only two luxury hotels in the city. I'm a bit disappointed that the standard has fallen to this low level.

Positive: Breakfast was great, as well as the size of the family room, which consists of 2 separate rooms, plus a bathroom and a hallway. The hotel is centrally located on the main square of the city, just within a short walking distance from the railway station.

Negative: However, the hotel is very nice and elegant; a complete renovation is needed, as it has become a bit worn. The sofa bed was only comfortable for small children because it creaked and was already worn out.

Summary: Value for money in a centrally located, elegant hotel.

Positive: The location is very good, right in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection and is very good.

Negative: You do receive a message with lots of information the day before arrival, but unfortunately, essential information is not included. On the day of our arrival, there was a music festival taking place throughout Malmö (including right in front of the hotel), which led to many road closures and made it impossible to reach the hotel directly. Our room (even though we had booked it six months in advance) was right on the side of the festival and was therefore very noisy. We had booked a “Family Superior” room, which looked much better in the photos than it actually was. Overall, one could get the impression that this hotel has seen better days.

Positive: The hotel is great but be away from saturday night. The noise was increadable and we couldnt sleep

Negative: Spaces, nice room and great location in city center.
