Positive: Great location. Very close to Central Train Station as well as the central walking streets. Also Malmo Castle & Kings Garden an easy walk. Breakfast included in price & very good

Negative: Room & bathroom is compact but well designed so fully functional. Really can't complain

Positive: I had a very good stay of a few days. The location of the hotel in the city is excellent. Everyone I met in the hotel was super kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, and had a beautiful view over the roofs of central Malmö. The breakfast room is very inviting and the choice, quality and freshness of the breakfast buffet was generally very good.

Negative: Perhaps it would be a good idea to provide a bathroom mat? My strong recommendation for improvement goes to the quality of the coffee (currently an instant-coffee-based product from a machine) and orange juice at breakfast, both of which I found a real letdown for an otherwise really good breakfast experience.

Positive: There were lots of comfy places to sit and work or chat on the second floor or courtyard. Breakfast was outstanding. They stored our luggage for another day of adventure before leaving for train. Location was perfect.

Negative: Although I knew I was getting a room without window, it was tiniest ever. Really too small for a couple.

Positive: The room didn’t meet my expectations, although the hotel facilities and staff were good

Negative: The room was too small, no windows, the bathroom didn’t have separations between shower and toilet so there was water from the shower everywhere in the bathroom. The price was high for the room quality
