Summary: Had a great stag do at the Villa with 14 of us. Was easy to get the the old town and new town via Ubers which only took less than 10mins. Villa was perfect for what we wanted. And communication with the host was quick and easy.

Summary: Great location, with plenty of room. Like others say could do a little TLC in places but if its rented out then cant be helped. Would benefit from some long bedroom mirrors. Hired Wes & Duane from Algrave DJ hire, for a pool party, they were amazing Jim answered all my many questions, and was supef helpful. Would stay again.

Summary: Large property with large rooms [we were a party of 23 & mainly couples so couple of spare rooms] & villa was clean with comfortable beds. Bedrooms were not numbered in same way as indicated on line listing which upon arrival created some confusion as i had allocated rooms based on info provided on online listing prior to our holiday. Example bedroom 1 is listed as being on ground floor (it isnt); its on lower floor. BEDROOM 1 as listed online states it has a wardrobe (it doesnt) & neither does bedroom 3 (listed on website but not bedroom 3 when you get there) These rooms were therefore not used by our party so fortunate for us as individual couples that we did not need to use 2 of the bedrooms. We would also suggest that appliances be checked on a regular basis; the toasters were broken (both of them and would not toast unles uou kept the buttons/levers pressed down continuously).Safe was mot working & needed batteries. Cabinets in bathrooms (made of mdf) were blown from having been wetted over period of villa being used; that said property manager was always avail when we contacted him to report the issues & reacted to tgem professionally. We were not on top of each other due to amount of space and it was a great retirement do.

Summary: We were a family of 25 ranging from 2yrs old to 70.The house itself was not as well maintained as the pics. Both pools were dirty with the tiles inside looking like they had not been washed in sometime.Every person got cuts on their feet in 1 of the pools due to broken glass or a tile. The pool lights did not work in 1 of the pools. Only 1 outside deck light worked where we sat at night.There were no garbage bins so all bags were left outside for the cats to rummage thru at night. The garbage was picked up several days but as a large family we were concerned about having no where to place the garbage.We arrived on Friday and garbage was picked up Monday. There was no dish soap, dish cloths/ sponges or even a garbage bag so we could clean. We had to purchase all cleaning supplies down to these basics including hand soap. There were no house instructions that explained the light switches/ garbage routine and no communication regarding pool maintenance people arrivals and or people who came to use the garage. The wardrobes upstairs were broken and doors stuck in several rooms and would not open completely. The sewer smell in 3 of the bedrooms was pretty bad. One room in basement was so bad we could not sleep in it. Some of the bathrooms up stairs the drains were clogged and water was not draining which involved us using many towels to prevent flooding the bathroomsNone of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor had deck furniture as shown in the pictures.
