Summary: We stayed at Villa Santa in Albufeira for 4 days as part of my friend’s stag do, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location was ideal — just a short walk to all the action on The Strip, but tucked away enough that we had complete privacy and peace when we wanted to unwind.The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well-organised, with Jim making everything easy for us. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group getaway.Our only regret was not staying longer — it was the perfect base for an unforgettable weekend. Summary: The villa is beautiful and in a perfect location, less than 5-10 minutes walk from the strip and a 2 minute walk from a great bar to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at and a shop. Jim was a perfect host, always available when needed but not hounding us at all while we were there enjoying our trip. Would recommend to any group heading out looking for a great place to stay! There was 12 of us staying there as part of a stag party and it was perfect.

Summary: The only shortfall is the accuracy of the online listing - I believe it mentioned the pool was heated, but we couldn’t figure that out. The WiFi didn’t work. BUT this was such a perfect villa, the issues didn’t phase us, it would have been nice to have. But after a few hours everyone forgot, there were 14 of us and we loved it. The location is just top tier. Shops round the corner, the strip and beaches are walking distance. I also want to thank Jim, planning a hen for 14 wasn’t easy, but the communication with Jim was so easy and really made a big difference. So I really appreciate it.

Summary: Villa was fantastic for our stay. It’s a 10 minute (flat) walk from the main strip, and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Taxis to the old town are 3-5. Jim was very helpful whenever we needed him. Would happily stay here again and would recommend to anybody.

Summary: Jim was a brilliant host and the property is great value for money. Having the taxis organised by Jim was very helpful and he was very easy to contact during the stay (a lightbulb needed replacing). The surrounding area has a selection of shops and a few bars - Ubers to the old town/strip were very cheap.
