Positive: We stayed in the large house. It is huge, spacious, comfortable and pleasant. A decorated tree was waiting for us at the entrance. The fire was burning in the fireplace and the atmosphere was wonderful. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the spaces outside, despite the cold. We also liked that the kitchen is equipped with lots and lots of dishes, cookware, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, etc. Very comfortable! But there are no basic essentials such as olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. So stock up in advance!
Negative: There is maintenance work to be done in the kitchen area. Some of the infrastructure there needs replacement.

Positive: The bungalow was fine for 3 people - i stayed in the sofa bed, clearly less comfortable than the bed, but still fine. Owners were flexible regarding the check-in time and allowed us to access the property early. Location is good and, for 3 people, it came out at 40 euros per person, per night, which was not bad.
Negative: Only issue was some sort of repair crew that was present by 8:30am one day and predictably woke us up (unintentionally).

Positive: In the house: loved the warm pool that could be covered or not. The jacuzzi was a great bonus too. Loved how well equipped the house was. All what you needed was provided. Kitchen was very well equipped. Surroundings: beautiful views across the vineyard. Lovely little town walking distance with small coffee shops and few restaurants. There was a small supermarket minutes away and a petrol station too. The town is not far from the larger city Regua, around 15min drive. Town of Pinhao is around 40min away but we decided it was really disappointing. Our local town had more charm for sure. We drove to many local places and admired the beauty of Douro river.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Fantastic place for families or a group of friends.
