Positive: The staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home and served a lovely breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The view from our little patio was breathtaking. We loved our stay here for 2 nights. Having on site parking was convenient.

Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable but clean and very quiet. The area was good if you have a car but it's a very quiet area. We went to 2 different family owned restaurants nearby that were delicious, but other than dinner, the area made for early and quiet evenings.

Positive: We had a lovely stay here, we couldn’t fault a thing from our stay apart from due to it being such a small town their is a lack of restaurants, bars and such but the restaurants we visited still left us full and happy every night. The host really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, despite the language barrier he utilised good translate as much as he could to help accommodate us. Definitely recommend the location is absolutely beautiful.

Positive: Amazing views of the Douro Valley and the river. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and had many suggestions about the area. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend staying here!
