Positive: Spacious and comfortable apartment with recent renovations and accessories and everything you can ask for within a very quiet location. 5-minute drive to shopping area if things are needed.

Negative: Check in location in downtown Lagos was a surprise - you have to be there between 4-7PM to pick up keys form a property management office, and there is usually a lineup since the key pick up window is very short and the company manages a lot of properties.

Positive: Good location, spaceous place, nice waterpool, apartment with equiped kitchen, very helpful and professional staff at reception. There was no any problems to get to the farm.

Negative: We were informed that place is new while we collected the keys. We suggest that before renting new place someone of the team members should stay 1 night in the apartment to see if all the little details are OK. As examples: missing hooks for clothes/towels in the bathroom, there are glasses for wine, but there is no corkscrew for the wine bottle opening:) We booked place for 4 adults, but we found only 3 pillowcases, 3 mugs for the tea. There was no info that we need to have our own soap/shampoo is not provided. I got message only when I contacted team regarding the missing pillowcase. Unfortunately there was no actions for the pillowcase.

Positive: The property was OK, bare minimum and that was OK for me.

Negative: HIDDEN COSTS: Be aware that you'll be charged an extra €20 for check-in if you arrive after 19:00. In addition, you must drive over 10 minutes to a different location just to collect the key. When I raised this issue, I was bluntly told, "Didn't you read the property description?" — fair enough, but that doesn’t make it reasonable. I've used Booking.com extensively, and in my experience, automated self-check-in is the norm nowadays. When I asked why there wasn’t a simple key lockbox or keypad system like everyone else uses, I was told "people here don't trust that." Oddly enough, I was still given a gate access code — so clearly, some form of automation is acceptable. That contradiction points to poor management and a lack of consideration for guest convenience.

Summary: A functional stay overall, but marred by hidden fees, inconvenient check-in, and inconsistent manage

Positive: Amazing Stay! Our hosts were absolutely lovely, and prepared a really delicious breakfast EVERY MORNING! (My favorite cake was the lemon cake 🤤) We really vibed with our hosts and they gave us tons of information on the area and where to go surf. We really had an amazing time, and I also loved my yoga session with Fiona, their super happy doggo 🙃🤩. Great spot high up (perfect to see the sunset colors), in which you have a big garden with beautiful tall trees. Great spot to meditate 🧘‍♂️. The house is modern and renovated, super clean and the hosts are extra available for anything. 300% recommend! Thank you for having us! 🙏❤️

Negative: I can genuinely think of no negative aspects, except maybe that it is a little further away from Ericeira's city centre. Quick drive from here though, and beautiful scenery on the way.
