You'll be able to relax or work, and enjoy all that Boulder has to offer in this spacious 1850 sq. ft. ranch style, duplex home in a quiet North Boulder neighborhood. Cool off in the communal pool during the summer and enjoy the convenience of parking in the attached garage in the winter. Our East facing patio is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and an evening meal in the afternoon shade. Available for monthly rental (30+ days only). We do allow one well-behaved pet with an extra fee.
This home is located in a quiet, residental area but offers many of the amenties of being downtown. You are steps away from bus transportation and within walking distance (about .3 miles) of several coffee shops, restaurants and a major grocery store. Paved bike and walking paths, along with tennis courts and two playgrounds, are within a short 5-10 minute walk. Two cruiser style bikes are available for use in the garage along with some basic pool toys.
Historic Pearl St. - 3.2 miles, Univ. of Colorado - 3.8 miles, Boulder Reservoir - 3.9 miles. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain NP is 35 miles away. Location has very easy access to Hwy 36 and Hwy 119.
The main floor offers an open, uncluttered floor plan, with vaulted ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural lighting. Our home is ideal for the business traveler who needs an office or two couples to share as both master bedrooms have king size beds and each has a washroom nearby. The main floor master bedroom has a new king size pillow top mattress/bed, large, lighted closet. Adjacent is a full bath and office/bedroom with extra long single bed.
Downstairs you'll find a king size master suite with new furniture including a king pillow top mattress and second television. The king bedroom has an open floor plan with adjacent office/playroom. You do need to walk through the king bedroom to access the fourth bedroom and second bath. The fourth bedroom is suitable for younger children with trundle beds. There are puzzles, toys and books suitable for toddlers and younger kids.

Summary: Beverly was a very kind and conscientious host. Even pumped up tires on the bikes and lowered the seat for me. We felt very much at home in north Boulder … only minutes away from everything. There is a great bike and hike trail that goes behind the neighborhood. We stayed here a month and it wasn’t nearly long enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Summary: In town for Ironman boulder. Great location close to reservoir and within a couple of minutes driving to pearl street. Property was great kids had a blast with the toys. Would stay again if returning to the area

Summary: This place is great for kids not only is there two twin beds but also a crib and changing table. Also tons of toys my nieces and nephews were entertained for hours. The kitchen was nice and had most everything we needed to cook and the living room and rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially families with kids.
