The newly renovated home features 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and outdoor patio. Centrally located 2 blocks from downtown Boulder: restaurants, trails, and Pearl Street.
Classic Boulder charm all within walking distance. The bus stop on the corner will take you from your doorstep to Denver!
The bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own smart tv and plenty of closet space to store your items. Each bedroom has a small seating area for additional storage or working space.
The dining and living room are open and airy giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal, work or relax. We have provided several books, games and Xfinity cable services, and SmartTV apps on the televisions for you to enjoy while you stay.
The kitchen is loaded up with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Including a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, keurig, and full size washer/dryer. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you with the ability to create and plate a wonder meal.
The bathroom features a standup tiled shower with the very best in luxury amenity products.

The home is 2 blocks from Pearl street and 5 blocks from the walking mall. Within a few blocks you can get to 3 different parks, as well as the bike paths and Boulder creek.
There is free 3 hour parking on the street during weekly M-F 9am-7pm and completely unlimited after 7PM. We have free parking in the lot in the alley attached to the building as well.
The bus stop on the corner right out front will take you from your doorstep to the bus station (which is only about 5 blocks away anyway), and from there you can take the bus to Denver or the Airport. I certainly love taking the bus to and from the airport because it's so convenient.
Our Cactus are real. Their Names are Bob and Frank. Please don't water or touch Bob and Frank because they are sharp :) (Bob and frank are away for the winter replaced by their replica friend)

Summary: This home was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming leaving us a note and welcome basket. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had essential supplies. There is an adorable little patio and free parking. The location was a short walk into Pearl Street where there is plenty to do and many many great restaurants. We would definitely book this home again. There is nothing I would improve on.

Summary: Enjoyed our recent stay at this property. Good location, pretty quiet, off-street parking, Easy walk to Pearl Street and good coffee. Place was newly remodeled, well-appointed and pristine. Hosts left a great welcome basket with wind, chocolate and snacks. They were responsive on chat with questions and assistance. We were a group of 4, this would be a great place fot a small family.

Summary: This was a wonderful location in Boulder to stay with our older teenage so; we were in town for a college tour. This was a great location! It was very clean, plenty of space, had great mattresses and pillows (I don’t think I’ve ever commented on good mattresses and pillows!), and the host was very communicative. We would definitely recommend this location!

Summary: Perfect location on Pine St. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Central Boulder. Love the comfortable beds and premium bedding. The snacks and bottle of wine are such a nice welcoming touch! Third time staying here says it all!

Summary: This place was the BEST It was so well stocked , plenty of trash bags, paper towels etc. if you forgot any toiletries, they had plenty of spare items, of all kinds. The welcome basket was full of delicious treats! Location of this property was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere.

Summary: A quiet clean and convenient place to stay. The hosts were always ready to fix any issue. Bed very comfortable but pillows too high and hard. I also had to buy my own cushy yoga mat because there were no rugs just hard floors. The shower door was awkward making it difficult to turn on shower without getting wet in the process. Aside from a few inconveniences, the apt was well appointed and the hosts even had a lighted Xmas tree for me for the holidays.
