Summary: This is my second stay at this property and each time I am there, I am struck by how clean it is. It is within walking distance of downtown Boulder and multiple grocery stores. The Arapahoe Loft is a little slice of heaven.

Summary: A beautiful and comfortable week long stay for 2 people. Shower and bed (plus couch) are very satisfying. Unit has everything one needs, plus it’s walking distance for eateries. It’s worth the stay.

Summary: This was the strangest place I've stayed in through VRBO - just a ton of noise from the adjacent home(s) which made it feel like you were in someone's closet or like right under your parent's bedroom, tons of street noise/chaos friday through sunday, loft skylight remote without batteries so wouldn't close which meant you had to be awake at 5:30 am because you were like on the surface of the sun :) I think it will be a great place eventually but could use a little homey-ness (bathmat, blankets, maybe more than 1 barstool) - and some degree of noise insulation somehow. I would not have felt comfortable staying with a partner or someone intimately there because it felt like you were either being watched or listened to all weekend.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The whole feel/vibe is lovely - comfy bed (loved the linens), nice couch, awesome shower, extras in the kitchen, parking right in front, robes, etc. zero problems onsite and owner was available but not needed. Great value for the price and would stay again if we’re back in Boulder.
