Positive: Perfect location...beach access steps away. Very quiet environment with a well-equippedI kitchen. The pool area was amazing and the pool was nice and warm. There are permanent residents at this location and they were so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. I hope all future renters are kind and respectful to these lovely people ❤️

Negative: The condo doesn't have much natural light. Also, the parking spot has a hump that might be a problem for low sitting vehicles. However, I have an SUV and managed it just fine.

Positive: It was very clean and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt like they were friendly neighbors next door rather than staff. Also there are wild bunnies 🐰 I already booked next year's vacation there as I was leaving to make sure I got a place there.

Positive: Great apartment. Very spacious and right at the beach. The pool was clean and warm enough. Rocket launches can be seen directly from the beach. Multiple restaurants are close by.

Negative: A little more shampoo would be nice. We only stayed 3 nights and ran out. Having to drive somewhere just to get shampoo is a bit annoying.
