Summary: Clean, spacious. Wonderful communication with staff. I shipped a package to this location and before my arrival they placed it in the unit without issue. 10/10 will stay again. It was exemplary.

Summary: Very clean two bedroom unit with front and back porch, tastefully decorated, modern, quiet neighborhood, beautiful tile floor throughout. Stunning sunsets over the Banana River steps away.

Summary: Great location close to beaches and the Banana River. Roomy and clean, with balconies in front and back. We would stay here again if we return to Cocoa Beach.

Summary: The WiFi connection was bad and the door lock didn’t work. Also, the thermostat was frozen at 74. No air conditioning.

Summary: The experience overall is good. Except there were no toilet paper in 2nd bathroom, no more than 1 hand towel for whole unit, no extra trash bags. There wasn't direct phone number to ask for help. All communications through Expedia, but for some reason I couldn't login to my account. We were staying for 4 nights and use whatever host provided.
