Positive: Nico, the owner, was very accommodating. He let me feel like it’s my home away from home. I would like to spend some time in the garden given I book again to this place.

Negative: You need brute force to close the faucet. Faucet water is only cold water, but, very minor concern. Hot and cold water in the bath works perfectly well anyway.

One of the highlights for me was the convenience of having parking so close to central London, which is rare and incredibly useful. Inside the property, you have access to breakfast essentials such as tea, cereals, and other items, all provided in-house. The room even includes a small welcome treat of chocolates, which adds a thoughtful touch. Above all, the price was very reasonable, especially given the location.

Negative: On the day of my visit, the shower didn’t have warm water. I’m hoping this was just a one‑off issue, but if not, it would be great if this could be checked for future guests.

Positive: Excellent location, easy access to the city centre with the bus 172. Room was spacious and the bed was larger than I expected. Plenty of closet space/storage room. Hosts were really nice and helpful (offered advice, left notes on food to make sure I knew I could take some, helped me find a missing item...), despite my, unfortunately, late check in time.

Negative: No negative remarks, everything was great :)

Summary: Incredibly happy with my choice and my stay.
