Positive: The host Mr Ozan Aziz is very polite, well bahaved and appropriate to do air b & b business. He keeps the house spik & span. He takes care of his guests even when he is not in the apce.

Negative: The location has beautiful park right opposite, but it's good for people with cars. The overground station is close, but to work in central London takes a while. The house itself has a beautiful back garden that leads to the woods and raw nature. Good fresh air all around the house. The sizes of the rooms are quite good with clean ensuite. Everything is modern including a beautiful spacious kitchen.

Summary: I highly recommend this space for people who are looking for a tranquil space to stay in London

Positive: Absolutely gorgeous garden. Polite and quiet neighbors.

Negative: Need hangers (several), sheers in addition to curtains, and fans would be nice. Make sure guests are aware of extra bedsheets and towels. Bolts on the bed should be trimmed, especially in a walkway.

Summary: A pleasurable walk to nearby relatives, a grand private garden and a beautiful park right across the street.
