NON SMOKING, NO PETS. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath home in quiet community, the subdivision has private boat dock with access to Lake Grassy - great for fishing or water sports. Master bedroom has king sized bed with pillow top mattress, stand up shower in master bath. Second bedroom has a full size bed and a bunkbed with twin over full size. Second bathroom has tub. Living room has 50” Vizio smart TV, streaming available. DVD. Screened in back patio with table and chairs and a grill. Garage available, with washer and dryer. NO PETS ALLOWED, $100 fee if you have pet on premises. NON SMOKING house, $100 charge if house smells of smoking. Your request to book is agreement to the no pets and no smoking policy as well as the fees.

Summary: The house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. We felt very safe there and you can tell the people that live there love and care for their homes. We loved the lanai in the back of the house. Nice and peaceful. Took a walk to the lake, beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again!

Summary: House is nice and clean! The only thing we didn't liked was the water. We cooked and brush our teeth with bottle water. We understand that's something the owner don't have control of and it is what it is! After couple days was not sooooo bad like the first day and we thought maybe because house was close for long period of time. Anyway...house is very nice and the neighborhood the best around for a calm restful time so needed. The owner try to make sure the place is comfortable. He provides he's guests with most of the necessary for a nice stay. Attention to details is outstanding! Thank you so much for having us there and for your attention Rhett! Many blessings!😊

Summary: When you first enter the house it is àn open plan. They have put a book together that has all your questions answered. We will definitely rent the home again

Summary: This may have been our first stay at this home but it will not be our last as we have already rented it for next year. The owner, Rhett went out of his way to make our visit the best we’ve ever had anywhere in Highland County, FL. The property is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient to all shopping needs. My husband especially enjoyed fishing in all the surrounding lakes.
