Summary: We needed a quiet place to stay for a week or so until our new home was ready for us to move in. Mindy was extremely accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Her home perfectly met our needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were a couple of issues that needed attention, which were discussed with Mindy and I trust she will address these so they won’t be problematic for others. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Mindy’s home! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family trip. It had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. My boys were able to pick a few carrots from the garden! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and conveniently located near the baseball fields my son had a tournament at. Mindy was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Summary: Owner had thought of everything to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. A mix of nice rental with feeling of staying at a friend’s place. Nice layout to home and extra nice touch of access to fresh garden. No access to garage, but easy driveway parking.

Summary: We had a great holiday week close to our daughter. There were problems with th furnace. Repairs were delayed due to the holiday but Mindy was very responsive and did everything she could to make us comfortable.
