Summary: The area was really quiet and the neighbor lady was super friendly, conversed with her for a bit and other locals who directed me to some sights to check out such as Thumb Butte and other local parks which were excellent for those who want to do some hiking. The location was ideal for those who want to check out Sedona, Jerome, Prescott Valley Joshua National Forest, and even the Grand Canyon. I visited Sedona, Jerome, and the Joshua National Forest on the way to the Grand Canyon West site which was about 3 hour drive northwest. In 3.5 days I got to achieve a lot by picking this location and was able to utilize my time and resources very well. This was an amazing experience and well worth the drive, I was able to drive back in about 2.5 hours. In this location, I was able to spot some rabbits in the yard and also enjoyed hearing the neighbor's rooster every morning, not loud or annoying but you can hear him and the birds in the distance. It was a very serene setting and I felt the stress melt away, local restaurants and grocery stores were also very close by (10-15 minutes) which is convenient as well.

Summary: Needed a place to to stay for a week. Close to downtown Chino Valley. Easy access, very clean. I would stay there again if I erre up in that area.

Summary: We had a great time staying a week. Home has everything you need (except no tissues) ha ha The house was big enough for 4, very comfy and cozy. Super close to Gunsite, and minutes from town. Had a very memorable trip. Thanks!
