Summary: My husband surprised me with a family get together at Casa de Campagna. It was the most beautiful vacation home we have ever stayed in! From the minute you walk through the door, you could see how much effort is put into making the house clean and comfortable. The master bedroom had a very cozy bed and plenty of room to relax. Each additional bedroom easily fit our adult children, their spouses, and a full sized crib for the babies. The rest of the house had multiple rooms for our family to spread out and watch television, read, or just snuggle. Our children used all of the amenities including the exercise space. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed and was also very clean, which I am picky about. The outside space was AMAZING! We spent as much time as weather allowed enjoying the grass, swings, trampoline and the multiple seating areas. The views were spectacular and the atmosphere was serene! After the babies went to bed, we converged on the upper patio to chat. So relaxing and a great connecting spot! The next door neighbors own a couple of horses and were so friendly. They were kind enough to allow us to pet the horses and tell us about the community. The owner, Jessica, was very communicative and responded to text messages immediately. She has made a beautiful retreat that we plan to return to!

Summary: Everything was great! We stayed here with 4 kids, and they loved the backyard and toys in the house. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Summary: This home has the most picturesque views. The beds are comfortable! Throughout the home, you will find thoughtfully placed items you may have forgotten to bring -- charging cords, reading glasses, and snacks, just in case you have not had a chance to make it to the store. (We made it to the store) :)

Summary: The house was clean and even ready for us a little earlier than our check in time. I had a few questions prior to our stay and Jessica was very responsive and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Summary: Casa de Campagna was the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun getaway! From the moment you drive up, you are greeted with a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are from the city, so this was a welcome change! The house is set atop a slight incline and with 4-acres surrounding the house, there is minimal noise or distraction. The decor is beautiful and the house has a spacious yet cozy Tuscan feel - it has definitely been well thought out from a design standpoint. Everything is on one floor, with the exception of the basement downstairs. It is fully furnished w/ a very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. The laundry room, kitchen and 4 bathrooms were fully-stocked. We didn't use the fireplace, but imagine it would add to the ambiance in the wintertime. The kitchen is large and has counter/island seating, along with a breakfast nook, and a more formal dining room w/ a large table in the next room. My husband was able to utilize the desk as a workspace and the WiFi was super fast. The basement was huge and we used the infrared sauna, sectional/TV, and the workout equipment. We did not use the wall bed but thought it was a good use of space. The upstairs patio had a couch, a small table, TV, mini fireplace, and gorgeous views of the backyard. When you walk downstairs you will be greeted with flower gardens, mature trees, a hammock, comfy Adirondack chairs, etc. The kids used the swing set, grassy area and trampoline. There are also horses nearby and the kids had fun saying hi from behind the fence. There are 2 large dining tables outside, which would be perfect for a larger group. We made pizza in the pizza oven, plugged in the twinkle lights and enjoyed a nice dinner. The stars are super bright and visible in the evening. I would highly suggest taking a walk around the 1-mile trail that encircles the neighborhood - so peaceful with stunning views. There is a Safeway, Walgreens, fast food, and a few small restaurants in Chino Valley. The real treat is that you only have to drive 20 minutes or so toward Prescott and there is SO much to do. On the way back to Phoenix, we went fishing at Watson Lake, visited Mortimer Farms for the Pumpkin Fest, and enjoyed "The County Seat" for lunch. Although we didn't have time to check them out, there are so many antique shops downtown. We would definitely stay again! We were sad to leave but so grateful for a couple of days to rest and recharge in such a beautiful place.
