Summary: Overall incredibly quiet & private location. House was clean and well supplied for bathrooms. Kitchen had all major needs covered for pots, pans, silverware, cups, bowls etc.... Coffee maker, spring water, and pods supplied which was excellent. Not much else for cooking needs - only salt, pepper, Italian spice jar, and Tabasco sauce so be sure to buy/bring what you need. Amenities are sparse - fire pit was nice and there was some wood on the front stoop.

Summary: 3 of us were there for a field(dog) event and seminar. The fire pit isn’t really a BBQ and we didn’t use it as not chairs around it. Location was perfect for our event and I will stay again.

Summary: Was attending a local event with some good friends for a weekend. Not many affordable hotels in the area is why I looked into doing a VRBO rental. House was older (no A/C upstairs), but very well kept and very clean. Very quiet country setting. The many bedrooms made our weekend stay very affordable as we were able to split the rental cost amongst everyone that was with us. Kitchen was very nice to use and we didn't have to dine out for breakfast. Had some difficulties using the VRBO website, but I was able to find the host's phone number and spoke to them directly about the check-in process. Communication about everything was very smooth and straightforward. Definitely looking forward to coming back again if the property is available.

Summary: The house was large, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location was amazing. Situated on a country road in the middle of cornfields, we literally heard one car our entire stay, and yet only 10 minutes to stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds and lots of living space! As listed, no internet, but we still got a phone signal. The upstairs was not air conditioned, but open windows and box fans kept things very comfortable. Thanks Lefaye!

Summary: My kids LOVED this place. It was quite a distance out of town, but that made for a real country experience with no one to disturb us! There were plently of beds and bathrooms and I was able to do laundry while I was here. I really enjoyed being surrounded by corn fields and there was so much space for my kids to play. I would definitely recommend!

Summary: We had a VERY peaceful time. Perhaps 1-2 cars per day travelled the road. Maybe the same number of horse carriages. No wifi worked great for us, forcing us to stay off our devices.

Summary: My family of 8 stayed the weekend here to celebrate my daughters Graduation from Grad School. We visited the area to tour Seneca Lake Wineries and Breweries. We had a great time the house had plenty of bedrooms and the size of the house was incredible and clean! Lafaye was great always answered my questions in a timely manner, he even dropped off more firewood for the bonfires we had. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
