Summary: Wonderful place and jus the right size for our family of three. We used it as a home base for the week as we traveled around the Finger Lakes daily. The house was as described in the listing and had everything we needed. The hosts were great and very communicative.

Summary: Everything about the place was great! Easy check in, house had all the essentials plus a TON of towels, and we loved our sunrise coffee on the back deck. Far enough away from the wine trails but not too far. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the spring.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for four nights and found this property to be an excellent value overall. It was comfortable, well outfitted, free of unwanted fragrances or smells, good Wi-Fi, with a terrific HVAC system, great well water and nice pressure for the master shower, in a quiet, peaceful, pastoral setting. Wishes for our next stay are more attention to cleaning all the floors and more than two windows with screens to let fresh air in.

Summary: The place was very comfortable and quiet with a back porch looking out onto the beautiful farmlands. The location been Seneca and Cayuga Lakes made it perfect for all the activities the region had to offer. It was wonderful!

Summary: My husband, son and I traveled separately. They arrived a day early and were able to go ahead and check in. Met the host and hostest, very nice people. The house is well stocked and clean. Bonus having access to a washer and dryer. Beautiful setting and perfect location.
