Summary: We were on roadtrip from Maine to California, this hotel is one of most comfortable & clean place to stay. So satisfied with the stay. Bonus it is dog service friendly too.

Summary: Everything was really nice except for the pillows, which were very uncomfortable and much too big. The bedding was not real friendly as far as getting in and having it come up over your shoulders. Other than that, it was great. The shower was fabulous.

Summary: They had a great casino, spa, a few bars and a great restaurant. We always wanted to go there and it was definitely what we were hoping for. The had karaoke that night and the accommodations were great.

Summary: We made a last minute decision to go to the state fair in Syracuse. Knowing from previous stays that Del Lago had clean, spacious rooms we decided to book there instead of a Syracuse hotel. We are never disappointed with our stays at Del Lago. The front desk and hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless too. Very comfortable bed and pillow which is a big plus for us older folk. lol.
