Summary: We've returned from Venice staying at Diana's and Lucio's apartment. Everything is excacly as described. Apartment was spotless and has all facilities needed for the stay. Location is perfect, quiet yet close to shops, cafes and Venezia. Would recommend.

Summary: Our stay at the beautiful town of Venice was wonderful. Lucio, our host was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. A very friendly, nice person, always smiling. He had given us a advice earlier to get off at the Venice Mestre train station instead of going all the way to Venice saint Lucia train station. An advice which was very helpful. As soon as we arrived, he showed us around the apartment and explained to us everything, where to find the supermarket and the bus stop to Venice. He was helpful through out and he made our stay memorable. His apartment is very clean and had everything we required for our stay. The apartment is spacious and big enough for a family. From the apartment to Venice is 20 minutes by bus or by tram. The train station is around 750 m from the apartment. I highly recommend his apartment. We were fully satisfied and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this clean and nice apartment. We were pleasantly surprised about how quiet the area was, which was great, since we had the windows open. Please be aware that it is a 4th floor walk-up. The location was excellent, as advertised. We took advantage of the close-by restaurants and train station, as well as the short, inexpensive bus ride to Venice. This is a great option for visitors to Venice.
