Positive: Our stay at Casa di Iana was AMAZING! Francesco was a wonderful host. He contacted us prior to arrival and provided us with instructions on public transportation options to get to the house. He met us on arrival and walked us through the property. He also took us to the local supermarket to buy groceries and had bus tickets for us to buy making it easy to travel. The house was AWESOME! It had everything we needed including the kitchen. There were 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms and felt like home away from home. The property was close to the bus station and we could easily travel to Venice. Francesco communicated with us via text messages and was super helpful during our stay if we had any questions. We had a wonderful experience with this property and with the host and highly recommend it!

Positive: The apartment is spacious, very well maintained, meticulously clean and tidy. Every detail as if it were your own home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can possibly need. There is also air conditioning. The landlord, Francesco, even gave us a nice welcome gift, a huge bowl with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as pasta, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. Great! The apartment is on the first floor and easily accessible with luggage. Free parking is available app. 50 meters from the block of flats, right next to the bus stop. It takes only 10 minutes and 3 bus stops to Piazzale Roma station, from where you can take the vaporetto. Comfortable and stress free if you want to avoid using your car. Francesco is a very nice guy and he helped us with everything, the first batch of bus tickets, infos about local shops and gave us many tips. He responds quickly and in a friendly way. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Positive: Everything about the place was fantastic! Francesca is a host like no other and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even supplied us with bus tickets on the night we arrived and gave us a lift to central Venice. He had a bottle of proscecco in the fridge for our enjoyment as well as spaghetti biscuits and fruit. His attention to detail is amazing as he has Everything needed for a comfortable stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It also helped having two bathrooms as well as a washing machine. He even had washing liquid on hand! The location is excellent and is a 7 minute bus ride from Venice. The bus stop is down the road. There is also a supermarket close by. This is home away from home!
