Positive: Room is very clean and very quiet, good location, Francesco is very nice and thoughtful. He prepared a welcome package with pasta, fruit, and wine for us. He is tech savvy and no problem for people who don’t speak Italian.

Negative: Nothing I can think of

Summary: The experience exceeds my expectations. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Venice

Negative: Only thing is, if you like to be in the city this is about a 10 min bus ride away.

Positive: Everything about the place was fantastic! Francesca is a host like no other and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even supplied us with bus tickets on the night we arrived and gave us a lift to central Venice. He had a bottle of proscecco in the fridge for our enjoyment as well as spaghetti biscuits and fruit. His attention to detail is amazing as he has Everything needed for a comfortable stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It also helped having two bathrooms as well as a washing machine. He even had washing liquid on hand! The location is excellent and is a 7 minute bus ride from Venice. The bus stop is down the road. There is also a supermarket close by. This is home away from home!

Negative: No toaster at kitchen, but he said he would buy it.

Positive: From the outset, our host Francesco was brilliant. Before we arrived, he was able to advise on how to get to the apartment with ease, even offering to pick us up from the airport for a very small fee. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We even had a separate loo & shower room, and a full bathroom that was extremely useful. The location is fantastic. There is a supermarket on site, and the bus stop to Venice and Mestre Train Station is less than 5 minutes walk away. We had a wonderful "welcome pack" left by Francesco, that included everything to make a tasty meal, and washed down with a lovely bottle of fizz. We were there for 6 nights and the apartment fulfilled all our needs. I would highly recommend this apartment, and thank you Francesco, your hosting skills are excellent 🙂

Positive: Really well presented, plenty of space and only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Venice. Francesco was a great host and really helpful with instructions and information for getting into Venice and where to park, the buses etc.
