Summary: On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. It was very dark downstairs lighting could do with upgrading. No hand basin in downstairs toilet. Pool cleaned on Wednesday evening but equipment left in situ until 1pm the following day. The actual pool was very nice. Clean bed linen and comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped Not a problem for us but no English speaking TV channels. Overall property was clean but many cobwebs . Information booklet provided was comprehensive apart from recycling info as insufficient bins to match the guide and black sacks not big enough for bins. Spacious living accommodation for 14 and the secure pool gate was excellent. Friendly customer personnel

Summary: The owners were fantastic and helpful, with the gite and finding garage to repair flat tyre. House amazing and cool in the hot weather, however is beginning to look a little tired. But would certainly return again
