Positive: Located in the countryside beside a cow farm. No smells whatsoever. No traffic, no pollution just nature at its best. 5 minutes by car to Montville which is a small village with plenty of shops and some of the best bakeries. It was a treat every morning.
Negative: We could not open the kitchen door due to insects (we were in the countryside). If there was an insect screen it would help as the door could be opened for some fresh air. However there is an airconditioner in the kitchen which helped a lot.
Summary: Will return for sure.

Positive: Elen's home is excellent, very clean, comfortable and fashionable designed. We love the painting on the wall. It is convenient, just 8 mins to nearest supermarket. The best sunset view with cows next to you. Kids friendly, lots of indoor and outdoor facilities to entertain the children.

Positive: Large, relatively new apartment located in the open fields close to a forest. Only 5 min drive from Montville where all the shops are, 25 min away from Rouen, and 30 min from Dieppe. The hostess are very resposive. My kids loved playing with theor dog in the large backyard. The apartment consists of a large living room and kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms with 5 beds total and 2 bathrooms. Beds can be easily moved to accomodate your needs.
Negative: It took us some time to figure out how to heat up the apartment; turns out the wall AC unit also functions as a heater. Towels are provided, but handtowels would have been appreciated as well as firm pillows (current ones have basically no filling).
Summary: Large, cheap, family apartment in great location.
