Positive: Lovely property. The villas were huge and amazing. Pool was nice. Decent gym. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Onsite restaurant was decent and they provide a free shuttle to one of the best beaches I’ve seen in Bali that is close by. The beach itself in front of the property is very nice and clean to walk on.
Negative: Breakfast needs more variations, considering it’s ala carte. There’s not much to do close to the hotel so you’re pretty much confined within for most of the day, which is the point of this type of resort.

Positive: The resort is gorgeous with a stunning pool and swim up bar. The staff are outstanding and very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Nothing really, there were some building works going on but this was all noted when booking and again at check in and it truly did not impact our stay.
Summary: Beautiful resort with some of the loveliest staff I have met in my travels 😊

Positive: Loved this hotel, only stayed here for 1 night as a stop over to Gilli T, but I wish I stayed longer. The staff were lovely; the food was incredible. The only thing I would say is that the location is a bit far out and not close to many main attractions, but that's fine. Will definitely be back on my next trip.
Negative: The location is quite far out but its not an issue

Positive: Very nice hotel still in its infancy. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was probably the best we've had in Bali. Rooms are very nice.
Negative: Very isolated from anywhere inc Padang Bai which is probably why you are here. That said they lay on a few shuttles for you, some free, some not. Hotel is still being completed (Sep '26) and it shows. Formal opening is expected in Dec '26. No swimming on the beach (black sand) as sea is too rough, and only a few meters up, the beach is awash with rubbish, quite sad. The area around the hotel is very clean though.
Summary: New hotel still finding its feet, lovely staff and very nice food.

Positive: Quenzo is a very special place…. Is it the location- hidden away on the east coast in a quiet location relaxing and free of the tourist trap hell - no good as that is Is it the facilities- spa, lounges, bar - nope that either even though they’re great Is it the pool - with jacuzzi - that allows you to swim up to your villa door - nope despite this being amazing Is it the villa which is airy and comfortable - not that either So what makes it sooooo special- simply the staff- they are so courteous, friendly, supportive, caring and kind. Especially EKA (but also Butu and many others) you have made our stay so special and a memory to treasure forever. An amazing place and people that allows you to relax and enjoy the a tropical land with the welcome of home Thank you so much
Negative: Really just one slight gripe The beach wasn’t as clean as you’d expect - not due the hotel but due to rubbish washing up and dumped by other people - a shame but I think beach patrols would have improved this so much

Negative: Only negative was you were not able to swim in the ocean but the pool was fantastic anyway.
