Positive: The staff were very friendly. Nicely appointed gardens and plantings. Large comfortable bed. Lovely pool. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The gym is great too. He had a delay to our arrival and were very grateful to the staff for changing our dates at no additional cost.

Negative: A lot of building work going on at the moment and whilst they apologised for this, I think they could have perhaps offered their guests a little something to compensate for this. A beautiful pool but not enough loungers around the pool. I thought the restaurant was a little expensive.

Summary: I think it will be great when it’s finished, but the current development work does detract from the ambience.

Negative: The bed. The mattress is below average and in a five star it sounds like a very bad decision not to invest in good bedding.

Positive: Everything! The place is incredible, definitely feels like a 5 star mini resort. So much attention to detail in every corner. Place was immaculate and clean. Loved all details and designs they have done in this hotel. ALL STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL! So welcoming, always offering assistance. Cannot fault this place. Apparently it’s very new, but the place feels and looks amazing. We only stayed for one night as we were going to the islands near the dock the following day but would have definitely stayed for a few more nights if we knew how lovely it was. FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. Really can’t fault anything at this place - we loved it
