Negative: I reserved two rooms, but only received check-in information for one and had to call your help line. The help line was in fact helpful, but I had to go through the entire registration again. Your computer system sucks. I was getting 4-6 copies of the same email, in both english and spanish,

Positive: Perfect location, perfect place, perfect comfort, perfect price. Perfect system. Best room I got in a while. It’s coliving but the kitchen was always clean. Very good smell. Very comfy. I will comeback just for the experience.

Negative: We saw some ants in the room one time. It’s not a problem though. It is in a ground floor so I guess it’s something that the host needs to check. Ground floors usually have more tendency for ants to go through the window
