Positive: Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment. Cozy and beautiful interior. Easy to access and great neighbourhood with lot of choice of public transport, bars and restaurants.

Negative: Just two minor things: there were no toiletries (like shower gel and shampoo) which is a pity considering the price. The coffee pads/capsules are not the classic ones therefore not easy to find in small supermarkets in the area, so a bit unhandy if you have a short visit and don't have much time to go search around in bigger supermarkets or specialised shops.

Negative: The room was not ready at the check in hour but later. There are no curtains and there is no microwave. The showers are designed correctly, the water always spilled outside a lot.

Positive: We greatly liked the quiet residential neighbourhood and friendly people. Although the location was not in the city centre but it was very near to public transport like buses and metro and also to the airport. We also appreciated the cleanliness, and basic kitchen stuff was available. The owner was very responsive.

Negative: The main thing we didn't like was that you have to use stairs to reach the apartment so you have to carry down large luggage.
