Summary: Staff were nice. The hotel is pretty ran down. Honestly though, on par for what they charge. You get what you pay for, and this motel is worth what they charge.

Summary: Staff was amazing. I had 4 rooms. 3 were good. 1 had stains on the sheets and duct tape on the matress.

Summary: The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel could use some renovation but it looked like that was a work that was in progress. Breakfast was good.

Summary: Very clean rooms and welcoming staff. This was my third stay here during a math conference at Stonewall Resort, and it has always been a great experience.

Summary: Front desk check-in girl was very friendly. The internet in the room was very poor. Fortunately my phone had Verizon. When calling the front desk to find out about it they never answered the phone, I even tried twice from the room phone and still no answer. If you need to use a laptop for business this isn't the hotel for you. Room was missing coffee cups (had to use plastic drink cups), needed detail clean (exterior of fridge was really dirty as well as the room phone). Beds are hard. Sink leaked underneath onto the floor, bathroom did not have a hook for the towel (rack had been broken off of the wall). Would not go out of my way to return.

Summary: Room was fine. But I just expect a few things from a room I need for less than a night. Checked in at 3 left at 8:30. Sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Only half a roll of TP wirh no extras in sight. Would I stay there again? Sure it was close to the Tesla Chargers, and prices right. But these simple changes would have been the difference between a 5star review and the 3 I left.

Summary: I didn't get the hot tub I believe the receptionist booked it for someone else it was my Wedding Anniversary and the only reason i booked your hotel was for the Jacuzzi tub that i did not get to experience
