Positive: Only 2 hour drive from my home, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Also loved all the sitting outside with the fire pits in abundance. The lobby with its grand fireplace was so beautiful and cozy

Negative: Very few amenities and we had to go search for clean towels, toilet paper and other things we needed. They don’t clean up the room except one time the whole time you’re there which I have never heard of doing that. The rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be pretty trimmed down, but the beds were comfortable. The toilet was very loose connected to the floor and the seat was loose. Your AI Ivy didn’t respond very quickly and we needed some toilet paper and so Ivy said somebody was bringing some it never arrived. I text Ivy again and she apologized, but it still never arrived. So I finally found somebody cleaning another room and I asked her for some.
