Positive: It was located where I needed it.

Negative: It smelled bad. Very poorly lit at night. Rooms are run down and not very clean

Positive: The people who work there were very nice and helpful, the area around the building was well lit and they are pet friendly

Negative: The only thing I would have changed was that I believe the air conditioner was having issues, it cooled well but everything was so damp that when I picked up a folder I had it was limp with moisture and even the sheets felt damp

Summary: I will be staying there again next year when I come to our event

Positive: Free breakfast, pool and location to where we needed to go. Lots of places near by to eat in a quaint neighborhood.

Negative: Needs a bit of love and care. Fixes are needing to be up to date. Vents were open in hallways. (Looked a bit ghetto) and broken outlet covers. Scraps on walls (paint damage)

Summary: Overall I give it an 8 because of the positive feedback overrides the negative feedback.
