Positive: The beds were comfortable, but I wish the four pillows were of varied thickness. Room was clean. Everything functioned as expected

Negative: The reception desk was not covered most of the time. When we arrived, we waited 20-30 minutes before the attendant was at the desk. Even after calling them, it still took another 10. On every occasion passing the desk no-one was there. And unless the hotel has a lot of problems, the sign on the desk that said they were helping a guest isn't very plausible, especially since it was not heavily used that day. Since the front doors are not locked, the lack of a desk attendant is a security concern. The coffee was not drinkable but most of the food was better than average for the free morning breakfast.
