Summary: The entire stay (within the hotel limits) was fantastic. Hotels.com failed to mention there's a $20/night fee which took us by surprise.

Summary: Always, a great stay. It is conveniently located for us when we go to concerts. This time we noticed a lot more questionable patrons but we still felt safe.

Summary: We arrived and we’re informed there was a 20/night parking fee - okay, I paid it. I was then I formed my debit card did not go through. I gave them a credit card instead. We checked in and our room smelled horribly

Summary: The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. My complaint is more about the room. All other areas in the hotel were clean and orderly. We do have dogs (dachshunds) and that’s a 20$ charge for each. That’s way affordable compared to other places. The room was the first floor and that too was nice when traveling with dogs. Upon entering our room it had a smell of urine. Possibly other dogs but it had me questioning the cleanliness. My suspicions were confirmed when I found a men’s sock in the floor at the edge of the bed. There were sunflower seed husks as well. The hair dryer was missing. It was extremely humid in the room to the point that the carpet felt wet. The mattress was sooo hard that I kept waking up with my hips killing me. I only slept a couple of hours bc of the discomfort. Breakfast is included. We woke just as it started and the food was non existent. I ended up getting cereal and a yogurt but there were no spoons. I asked the front desk and the response was that they were out of spoons. I ate both with a fork. Again, could’ve ended up alot worse and the room condition could’ve just been bad luck. There’s also a 20$ parking charge that was a surprise as I didn’t see it in the hotel details.

Summary: Really nice little hotel. If you’re a smoker tho no one cleans the ash trays out. The breakfast coffee machine was also broken. They do have little coffee pots in the room but only give you the little round prepackaged good for one cup coffee grinds. But a small can and small filters. Full size fridge was nice but it only held our creamer. The separation of beds by rooms was nice.

Summary: First time in KC - watching the big game. Very quick to check in when we got in at 2am. Nice spacious room and a very good price on a busy weekend. Good location too. Not fancy but we’re not fancy until we get to the Super Bowl then we’ll strut our stuff.

Summary: The renovation of the hotel is not bad bjt the upkeep is a bit questionable. Despite having kitchenette there is no cooking tools whatsoever. It was a comfortable stay with decent breakfast.
